 		sorry I dont understand how a spyware removal program can stop you receiving spam...thats bollox. It IS a good program (there are a couple of others I use too which pick up stuff that adaware misses) but I'm pretty sure it wont stop spam.

Spam is better controlled by something like Mozilla Thunderbird email client - with built in 'Junk' filters, or spambayes.
