Ok BUM... tired of annoying pop-ups everytime you try and surf the internet ? Well do not fear ! Panicware is here !

www.panicware.com has the best pop-up stopper availible atm, also you could also use the www.google.com toolbar... it now also has a decent pop-up stopper...

yeah I would recommend google toolbar, used it on a system before format and it was pretty good .... I

would also recommend an app called 'spybots: search & destroy' good at getting rid of shitty trackers - searches ur hdd and reg for spying and advertising robots in files from browsing and apps etc.

Plus it has a lot of other powerful tools, like when some gaylord dll is on ur sys that stops error pages appearing (eg cannot display page) and forwards u to their search engine page

lol adaware is good, use it with spybot S+D and your sorted...and ive had the free panicware thing for ages and it even stopped me opening IE lol!

ermm hate to mention it again, but you should all be using Mozilla Firebird. Built in pop-up blocker.

lol i remember when i ran linux on my system...that had mozilla and no popups. didnt think they'd released a windows version yet? heard there was 1 on the way. yer IE is the main cause of the popup problem. i forget why, but it was complex and i was tired lol. mozilla here i come!

there are a lot more problems with IE as it comes with windows which is on the majority of home PCs
