 		well 2 basic things ppl do which make them not work is 1. for 1.6 its tempdecal.wad and not pldecal.wad and 2. make the file read only.
It's like theres a party in my mouth, and everyones throwing up.

 		you dont need no programs like wally to create a spray, all you need to do is get an image and convert it to a .wad file using decalconverter. that is how i made All the sprays i use myself and ones i made for other players i play with. I just use either photoshop or paintshop pro to make the image then use decal converter to convert it. It converts the file into pldecal.wad then for 1.6 you need to rename it tempdecal.wad and set it to read only. If anyone here wants the program I can upload it so u guys are able to download it. There is an old version of it on cslogo.com i think. The version I have I aint seen since the random french site i got it from.
