Humm... This is my problem: I try connecting to servers.. it loads the security modules and that crap and just when its about to connect i get: Bad file consistensy server reinforcing models/player/sas/sas.mdl .... (someting like that not exact words) but i have no idea where that is ... as in my Steam files i cant find that stupid skin

Can someone pleeeease help me ?

i got the exact same thing.. quite a while ago tho, i still had my steam install file so i just ununstalled and reinstalled which seemed to do the job

my problem at the moment is i cant join any game on steam as it says 'invalid user ID' or some shit.. prob something to do with my key, i dunno... help!

Seven: That means that .mdl file its either corrupted, or is a hacked version (faster reload sequence), or it maybe a incompatible version (1.5). Either reinstall steam or get a valid 1.6 skin to replace.

Stu: That means ur UserID Ticket for steam has expired, right-click the steam icon on ur taskbar, go Settings, then logout. Login again, then your problem should be sorted.

Anyone got steam problems, just gimme a shout, ill happy to help... since i nearly had every problem there is happend to me

Flaze... Where do i find the mdl's for 1.6

As when i look in my steam folder i cant find any mdls but that half life person... but i just kept leaving CS then reconnecting and the problem seemed to go away... Another problem is.. I keep losin connection durin map change

any idea? maybe cuz my connection wont keep up with it but... works sometimes

if you reinstall CS and steam problem should be solved. it says the message due to a custom skin, cos i get that with weapon skins when they dont wanna work

I reinstalled CS 1.5 about 4 days ago... then i installed Steam i played a little then went off then tryed to get back on and the problem came... nothing to do with 1.5 tbh as if it had something to do with 1.5 it would have my custom skins in 1.6 wouldnt it ???

no, because 1.5 and 1.6 are installed in different directories...

but 1.6 takes 1.5 skins and makes them 1.6, so any custom ones u have wont work with 1.6 cos there 1.5 skins....peon
