 		yeah a lot of ppl suffer from 'lag' using D3D in HL (and mods) ... it isnt your typical connection type lag but rather hardware/update lag eg you move your mouse and nothing happens for like 1/2 to 1 second then your character will move.... still need help or more info start a thread here
